My formatting service includes:
- Formatting pages and headers.
- Providing a fully working hyperlinked table of contents (required by both Amazon and Smashwords).
- Ensuring all important pages are present (such as title page, copyright, etc.).
Prices:
For Kindle books under 200 pages £30 ($40). Also includes a mobi and epub file.
Prices for books over 200 pages will be dependent on page count.
